Submit Testimony

Written testimony should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.  

Submit written testimony to: (include "Testimony" in the subject line)

The Board will not be accepting oral, mailed, hand-delivered, or faxed testimony. 

Indicate the following information:

  • Name with position/title and organization, if applicable;

  • Meeting (Student Achievement, Finance and Infrastructure, Human Resources, or General Business Meeting (full Board));

  • Agenda item; and

  • Position (support, oppose, or comment).

While every effort will be made to organize and publicly publish all testimony received, materials received on the day of the meeting or testimony that is improperly identified, may be distributed after the meeting.

Testimony submitted will be posted on the Board of Education website and may be included in the Board's minutes. Please consider this when including personal information in your testimony.  If testimony is not sent as an attachment, the entirety of the e-mail will be posted on the Board of Education website. This may include e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and names. Please consider this when submitting testimony.
