Submit Testimony

Written Testimony

Written testimony should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Submit written testimony to: (include "Testimony" in the subject line). The Board will not be accepting mailed, hand-delivered, or faxed testimony at this time.

Indicate the following information:

  • Name with position/title and organization, if applicable;

  • Meeting (Student Achievement, Finance and Infrastructure, Human Resources, or General Business Meeting (full Board));

  • Agenda item; and

  • Position (support, oppose, or comment).

While every effort will be made to organize and publicly publish all testimony received, materials received on the day of the meeting or testimony that is improperly identified, may be distributed after the meeting.

Testimony submitted will be posted on the Board of Education website and may be included in the Board's minutes. Please consider this when including personal information in your testimony.  If testimony is not sent as an attachment, the entirety of the e-mail will be posted on the Board of Education website. This may include e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and names. Please consider this when submitting testimony. 

Oral Testimony for Virtual Meetings

If you would like to provide oral testimony to the Board of Education during its next virtual general business meeting, complete the following form.

The testimony sign-up form will be open from the time the meeting agenda is posted up to 15 minutes before the meeting starts. You will need to sign up before this time if you would like to orally testify.  Note that you will need to register and log in to WebEx to testify orally.
