Due to the threat of COVID-19, Governor David Ige issued a Supplementary Proclamation dated March 16, 2020, suspending Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 92, Public Agency Meetings and Records, to enable public boards to conduct business without holding meetings open to the public while considering reasonable measures to allow public participation consistent with social distancing practices
