     A.              Update on Department of Education fiscal reports as of June 30, 2015:  comparison to Department of Education’s budget, school food service, student transportation, federal Impact Aid receipts, and Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”)

     B.              Update on restrictions by the Executive Branch on the Department of Education’s Fiscal Year 2015-2016 budget appropriation

     C.              Update on the Community Eligibility Provision (“CEP”) pilot program, which enables high needs schools to serve free meals to all students, for the following: schools on the island of Molokai, Mountain View Elementary School, and Linapuni Elementary School

            IV.            Recommendation for Action

     A.              Committee Action on the recommendations of the Committee on Weights (“COW”) IX regarding the Weighted Student Formula (“WSF”) fund allocation for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 School Years

* Any interested person may submit data, views, or arguments in writing to the Board on any agenda item.  An individual or representative wishing to testify should register prior to the meeting.  Testimony must be related to an item that is on the agenda and such person shall be required to identify the agenda item to be addressed by the testimony.  Each individual or representative of an organization is allotted four (4) minutes, or an amount of time otherwise designated by the Chairperson, to provide testimony to the Board.
