B. Committee Action on declaration of annual reduction in force ("RIF") for classified employees to initiate collectively bargained placement rights for employees displaced due to changes in staffing needs

C. Committee Action on appointment of the Assistant Superintendent of the Office of Student Support Services

This portion of the meeting is a closed meeting under Section 92‑4 and Section 92‑5(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Each individual is allotted four (4) minutes, or an amount of time otherwise designated by the Chairperson, to provide oral testimony to the Board. In accordance with Hawaii's Sunshine Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 92), testimony should be related to an item that is on the agenda.
