B. Presentation on Department of Education plans to vacate Young Street property *Revised on 9/18/2019 to include the addition of missing pages for Attachment A and to include page numbers*

A. Committee Action on new Board policy 301-10, entitled Equitable School Facilities to ensure Board of Education policies and structures enable the Department of Education to complete all facilities projects at its schools with the greatest socioeconomic and academic needs as determined by an equity priority order (FIC Strategic Priority 2) *Revised on 09/18/2019 to fix hyperlinks*

Each individual is allotted four (4) minutes, or an amount of time otherwise designated by the Chairperson, to provide oral testimony to the Board. In accordance with Hawaii's Sunshine Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 92), testimony should be related to an item that is on the agenda.
