B. Update on Department of Education fiscal reports as of June 30, 2018 (Comparison to Budget, Carryover, School Food Service, Student Transportation, Utilities, Impact Aid receipts, and CIP) (revised 09/14/2018)

C. Update on the development of the Department of Education's operating and Capital Improvements Program budget for 2019-2021 fiscal biennium

D. Update on HawaiiPay project status for converting State of Hawaii payroll system

V.         Recommendation for Action

A. Committee Action on Hawaii State Public Library System's request to move forward to enter into an agreement with Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. to install electric car charging stations at the Waikiki-Kapahulu Public Library

B. Committee Action on the Department of Education's Operating budget restriction implementation for 2018-2019 Fiscal Year
