SALE OF MERCHANDISE

POLICY


No public school will be allowed to operate a school store or to sell merchandise of any kind without the written permission of the district superintendent except as follows:

1. School lunches, milk, ice cream and candy served as a part of the school lunch.

2. Things made or grown at the school as part of the educational program.

3. Special school equipment or supplies not regularly carried in stock by local stores.

4. Sanitary napkins.
