Can I use the call-in and login information from a previous meeting to connect?

No, each meeting will have a specially generated 9-digit meeting number and access code.  If an old number is used, you will not be able to access the current meeting.  Please use the current meeting information found on the Agendas page.

Can I speak to the Board members and meeting participants during a meeting?

If you wish to speak during a meeting (i.e., testify), it must be related to an item that is on the meeting agenda. To submit your written testimony, and/or sign up to testify either in person or virtually, please visit the Submit Testimony page.

What do I do if I cannot hear or experience technical difficulties during a meeting?

Send an email to BOE.Hawaii@boe.hawaii.gov if you are having any difficulties.  Staff will respond as soon as possible, but they also monitor the meeting on meeting days so there may be some delay.
